WouxunShop Provide The Full Refund if The Product And The Whole Packaging Remain in The Original Condition Within 7 Days After Arrival. 

  The Following Circumstances Will Not be Processed For Return or Refund

  1 any product not sold or delivered by wouxunshop

  2 any product that has been used, except for the quality problems

  3 any product that has quality problems due to abnormal use or impreper opearations.

  4 if you have any problems with your product within 7 days of purchase date we will be happy to replace it with a new product of
     the same model. 

  5 if a return is necessary due to a defect, We will not reimburse shipping costs. Please email us to request. Replacement
     products are always shipped to the customer via Express delivery. 

  6 all returned items must be received within 7 days of the original purchase date, and include all original components and
     accessories. We do not make exceptions to this policy. 

  7 we do not offer exchanges for credit toward different products.
